HI I'M THEHEARTMUMMY

My name is Sophie, i am a wife & a mum of 2 boys. Kaylen who is 4 and Ziggy who is 18 months old. In August 2018 we were given Ziggy's devastating diagnosis amd hope to cover this and also general life as a mum of 2, 1 of which with complex medical needs. I've started this blog as an outlet, a sort of coping mechanism, but also hope to help other people living a similar life to me.
